COURSES POLICY – FOREX TITAN

-This Courses Policy governs the use of all educational materials provided within the Forex Titan App. By accessing any course, ebook, or learning resource, the user agrees to comply with this policy without exception.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

-All Forex Titan courses, ebooks, PDFs, training materials, images, videos, documents, and all related educational content (collectively “Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Forex Titan.

-The Content is copyright-protected and owned solely by Forex Titan. Users receive temporary, limited, non-transferable access to the Content through an active subscription.

-Ownership is never transferred to the user under any circumstances. Any unauthorized use of the Content is considered a violation of international copyright law.

2. Strict Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

-Pirating, copying, downloading, screen-recording, screenshotting, or reproducing course materials.

-Reselling, redistributing, sharing, forwarding, or uploading Forex Titan content to any third party or platform.

-Re-creating, modifying, or replicating any Content for personal or commercial use.

-Attempting to bypass subscription protections, remove watermarks, or gain unauthorized access to the courses.

Violation of any of these actions constitutes a serious breach of this policy.

3. Legal Enforcement

Forex Titan actively enforces copyright protection.

If a user is found violating this Courses Policy:

• Their account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

• Forex Titan may pursue legal action, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of losses.

• Offenders may face civil and/or criminal penalties as provided under copyright law.

Forex Titan maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward piracy and unauthorized distribution.

4. Subscription & Access Rights

-Course access is provided only inside the Forex Titan App. Users must maintain an active subscription of $20 per month to access the Content.

-Access is automatically revoked when a subscription expires or is canceled. Access cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to another individual.

Use of the Courses requires creating a verified account and agreeing to this policy at all times.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By using the Forex Titan App, subscribing, or accessing any course material, the user:

-Confirms they have read and understood this Courses Policy. Agrees to comply fully with all terms, restrictions, and legal protections.

-Acknowledges that breaching this policy may result in immediate loss of access and legal consequences.
