-This WhatsApp Marketing Policy explains how Forex Titan collects, uses, and manages your WhatsApp phone number for account-related and marketing-related communication.

-By creating an account on the Forex Titan App, agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, and checking the WhatsApp communication consent box during sign-up, you acknowledge and accept the practices described below.

1. Collection of Your WhatsApp Number

-When you sign up for Forex Titan, you are required to enter a phone number.
If you choose to enable WhatsApp communication by checking the WhatsApp consent box during registration:

• Your phone number is added to the WhatsApp Account Updates List

• Your phone number is added to the WhatsApp Marketing List

Your number may be used for essential account-related communication via WhatsApp

2. How We Use WhatsApp Messaging

Your WhatsApp number may be used for two categories of communication:

A. Essential Account Communication

These messages are required for account security and functionality, including:

-Account verification

-Account authentication

-Account recovery

-Security alerts

-Important updates regarding changes to your Forex Titan account

These messages cannot be opted out of, as they are required for the operation of your Forex Titan account.

B. WhatsApp Marketing (with user consent)

If you consent, Forex Titan may use your WhatsApp number to send marketing-related messages, including:

• Special Forex Titan offers and promotions

• Exclusive discounts or subscription deals

• New app features and product announcements

• Educational updates or new course releases

By checking the WhatsApp communication checkbox during sign-up:

-You agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Forex Titan

-You confirm that the phone number provided belongs to you

-You consent to both account-related and marketing-related communication

-You understand you may opt-out of marketing messages at any time

4. How to Opt-Out of WhatsApp Marketing

-You can opt out of marketing messages anytime while still keeping essential account messages active.

Option 1: Opt-Out Inside the App

-You can manage your WhatsApp communication preferences by:

• Opening the Forex Titan app

• Going to Settings → Notifications & Subscriptions

• Unchecking WhatsApp Marketing Subscription

Option 2: Opt-Out Through Support

-You may also request removal from our WhatsApp marketing list by contacting support:

Important:
Opting out of WhatsApp marketing will not stop essential WhatsApp messages required for account verification, recovery, or security.

5. Security and Privacy

-Forex Titan will never share, sell, or rent your WhatsApp number to third parties.

-Your phone number is only used for communication directly related to your Forex Titan account or app-related marketing messages (if consented).

All WhatsApp communication follows WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and data policies.
