6. WhatsApp Communication (Optional)

-Providing your WhatsApp number is optional.

If provided: It may be used for educational market updates, Admin/mentor may contact you and It will not be sold or shared.

7. Subscription & Payments

-Forex Titan operates on a premium subscription model.

7.1 Premium Access

-Without an active subscription: Premium features are inaccessible and AI tools will not function.

7.2 Auto-Renewal

-Subscriptions: Automatically renew unless canceled, Are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and Must be canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

-You can manage or cancel your subscription in: Apple ID Settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android). We do not store payment information.

8. Signal Hub Disclaimer

-Signals shared within the App: Are for educational purposes only, Are not investment recommendations and Do not guarantee profits.

9. Intellectual Property

-All materials inside Forex Titan, including: Forex Courses, Quizzes, AI prompts, Analysis structure, Design and branding are the intellectual property of Forex Titan Inc.

You may not: Copy, Reproduce, Redistribute, Resell, Reverse engineer and Duplicate content.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Prohibited Activities

15. Service Availability

-We do not guarantee: Uninterrupted service, Error-free functionality and Continuous AI availability.
