-By creating an account on the Forex Titan App, agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, and checking the required consent boxes during sign-up, you acknowledge and accept the practices described below.

1. Collection of Email & Phone Number

-When you sign up for the Forex Titan app, you are required to provide:

• Your phone number

During registration, you will see checkboxes for:

• Agreeing to the app’s Terms & Conditions

• Consenting to Email Marketing

• Consenting to SMS Marketing

Once you check these boxes and complete registration, you are automatically added to the respective communication lists.
