REFUND POLICY – FOREX TITAN

-This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted to users of the Forex Titan App. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Purpose of the Forex Titan App

-Forex Titan provides advanced analytical and AI-powered tools intended to assist users in interpreting market movements, analyzing alerts, and improving their decision-making.

-Forex Titan does not execute trades, does not offer financial advice, and does not guarantee profitability. All trading decisions are solely the responsibility of the user.

-Forex Titan is not a replacement for learning how to trade. If a user does not understand trading principles, this may lead to losses in the Forex market.

The final trading decision is always made by the user.

2. Purpose of the Subscription

-The subscription fee exists to support the operational costs of running the advanced AI systems that power the Forex Titan App.

-By subscribing, users gain access to premium analysis tools, insights, and technical features. Your subscription is a payment for access to the analytical engine, not for financial returns.

3. Refund Eligibility

-Forex Titan offers a limited conditional refund, subject to strict criteria.

A user may request a refund ONLY if all conditions below are met:

• The user has maintained an active paid subscription for a minimum of four (4) consecutive months.

• The user has actively used the Forex Titan App during this period.

• The user did not make any trading profits during the 4-month period.

• The user submits an official request through the Forex Titan Support Team.

Forex Titan reserves the right to request reasonable evidence to verify trading outcomes or usage claims.

4. Refund Process

If the above criteria are met:

• The user must contact the Support Team via the official in-app support channel or email.

• The request will undergo a review and verification process.

• If approved, Forex Titan will refund the subscription fees paid during the qualifying 4-month period.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

-User used the app for less than 4 consecutive months

-User made profits but wants a refund

-User violated any Forex Titan policy, terms, or guidelines

-User engaged in misuse, fraud, or policy evasion

-User expects reimbursement for trading losses

-User submits incomplete or unverifiable information

6. Final Decision

-All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of Forex Titan management.
Forex Titan reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the policy requirements.

By subscribing to Forex Titan, you acknowledge that You understand the risks of Forex trading. And that You have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
